Jake Eisen

Jake Eisen has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate and hotel management.

Prior to his work as a real estate agent, Jake managed a prominent serviced apartment complex for over 5 years.

Jake began his career in real estate as a residential sales agent for one of Melbourne’s leading agencies in the inner-western suburbs. After achieving outstanding results, Jake made the transition to commercial sales and leasing (off market and on market) and successfully negotiated hundreds of transactions for prominent organisations.

Jake’s recent passion now lies in Project Marketing where he has had the privilege of working on some of Melbourne’s most successful projects.

Nat Eisen

Nat is an Australian lawyer and fluent in Chinese language (Mandarin).

Prior to practising law, Nat lived abroad in Shanghai where he worked as a Logistics Consultant for a large international Art Fair while attending university at the Shanghai Jiaotong University (Shanghai) on a full scholarship.

In recent years, Nat has attended many sale exhibitions in both China and Singapore to provide legal services for overseas purchasers. Nat is also proficient in Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) requirements.

His language skills, unique background in property law, dispute resolution and serviced apartment business restructures are invaluable to a sales campaign in the present market.
