Here at Eisen Property, we sell multi-residential small, medium and large-scale developments, specialising in the retail owner-occupier market. We also sell existing residential homes. Both Jake and Nat have a passion for great design, architecture and enhancing the communities that we all live in. With this in mind, the pair founded Eisen Property in 2015. Since bringing their diverse skill base together, they have enjoyed tremendous success selling some of Melbourne’s most prominent developments.
Jake Eisen
Jake has spent over a third of his life in the property industry and holds extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate.
He has always had a passion for building relationships and working directly with people, starting his career in local and international hotel management and hospitality. In 2008 he decided to transfer those skills and embark on a lifetime devotion and join the real estate industry.
Since the inception of Eisen Property, his down to earth and relatable approach, have seen him successfully negotiate hundreds of transactions.

Nat Eisen
Nat has a deep understanding of the real estate industry, property trends and successful sales strategies.
Beginning his career as a property and commercial lawyer, he continued to add to his diverse experience with his passion for the Chinese language before jumping at the opportunity to work with his brother and create Eisen Property.
With over a decade of experience, his love of all things property and his exceptional level of service have seen him produce spectacular results for his clients.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts with Distinction (Chinese)
• Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate Licence)
Taylor Wardle
Taylor keeps the wheels in motion at Eisen Property. Her property career spans from house and land experience, through managing interior fit outs and now all things project marketing.
Taylor works across project sales, marketing, and day-to-day operations. In addition, Taylor plays an integral role in facilitating existing residential apartment sales. Her warm nature helps guide buyers through their property journey with ease.
If she’s not chatting to a buyer at a display suite, you might catch fitness enthusiast Taylor at her local F45 class.
Bruno Eisen
Bruno is a key asset to the Eisen Property team and is just as property obsessed as his colleagues. He can be found cruising around sites with Jake and Nat by his side and welcoming people into their new homes. Bruno is a regular hit with clients who often find it difficult to resist his furry-faced charm.
